Summer Rising 2025

We are excited to offer Summer Rising once again to NYC students in grades K-8 this summer. Any student attending school in New York City, who is currently in kindergarten through eighth grade (in the 2024-2025 school year) is eligible for Summer Rising. For program overview, information, how to apply, key dates and more see link and attachments below.

2025 NYC School Survey Administration

The administration window for the 2025 NYC School Survey is February 10 through April 4.
Every year, we ask all families, teachers and staff of grades 3-K through 12, and students in grades 6-12 to take the NYC School Survey. The survey is designed to collect important information about each school's ability to support student success.

The 2025 Community and Citywide Education Council Elections are almost here!
Participating in these elections as a candidate or a voter is your chance to help shape the future of your school community, so it's important to get involved and make your voice heard. Community School District 32 is excited about the great partnership they've formed with the American Heart Association to bring heart health awareness and teach lifesaving skills to students, staff, and families across the district.

New York State Grades 6-8 English Language Arts (ELA) Mathematics and Science exams.

Each Spring students in middle school continue to take various NY State and local exams. These assessments continue to support their instruction, to determine eligibility for certain programs, and to provide information on progress toward mastering grade-level learning standards.
