2025 NYC School Survey Administration The administration window for the 2025 NYC School Survey is February 10 through April 4. Every year, we ask all families, teachers and staff of grades 3-K through 12, and students in grades 6-12 to take the NYC School Survey. The survey is designed to collect important information about each school's ability to support student success.
New York State Grades 6-8 English Language Arts (ELA) Mathematics and Science exams. Each Spring students in middle school continue to take various NY State and local exams. These assessments continue to support their instruction, to determine eligibility for certain programs, and to provide information on progress toward mastering grade-level learning standards. NYC PUBLIC SCHOOLS PIVOT TO REMOTE ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, DUE TO SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS Due to expected severe weather conditions, all New York City Public Schools will be closed Tuesday, February 13. While schools are closed, instruction will continue remotely. All after-school programs, adult education, and Young Adult Borough Centers (YABC) programs are canceled. NYCPS central and field offices will remain open. All IS 349 students are required to log into Google Classroom by 8:00 AM and follow their daily class schedule until 2:20 PM. Thank you. Stay safe!
